​1. Service Agreement

ProxyVault provides premium proxy services, including Residential, Datacenter, and ISP proxies. By using our service, you agree to a fair-use policy. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

​2. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the reputation of our IP pool, users are strictly prohibited from:

​Engaging in any form of DDoS or network attacks.

​Distributing spam, malware, or illegal content.

​Bypassing security measures on unauthorized networks.

​Any activity that violates Nigerian or international cyber laws.

​Violation of these rules will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.

​3. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of digital proxy assets, all sales are final. If a proxy is non-functional (dead) upon delivery, you must report it within 24 hours for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or after the proxy has been used for significant data.
